This issue was noticed when scrolling two linked resource panels. The first resource is the ESV, and the second resource is The Lutheran Study Bible Notes (TLSB Notes).
When scrolling a longer section in the ESV (Psalm 119 is an excellent example) the linked notes will jump back to the start of the Psalm when there is not a milestone in the TLSB Notes.
For example, set Psalm 119:135 at the top of the ESV panel, and the linked TLSB Notes will be at 119:35. Then slowly scroll down the ESV resource. As verse 136 leaves the panel and the header for the next section (Tasdhe) comes to the top TLSB Notes will jump back to the start of Psalm 119.
The next milestone is verse 139. When the ESV panel reach 139 at the top, the TLSB Notes will then jump back to the current milestone, presenting the notes for verse 139.
Scrolling the TLSB Notes panel does not cause the same produce the same jumping in the ESV resource panel.
It may seem like a small issue, however, it depending on where I am reading in the ESV at the time, I have missed notes in the TLSN Notes because of the jump.
There is no need to displace the linked text when a milestone is not present. Could development to only move linked resources when the milestone changes, rather than jumping somewhere when a milestone is not present?
