how do i get books to appear in my library?

I have purchased several books, and they do NOT appear in my library. How do i get them there so i can open them from there to read? Even the free monthly books do not appear there after i have "purchased" them. I am feeling really frustrated. Can anyone give me a simple answer and process to get these books into my library please?

Hi @Gayle Holmes - I'm sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

Books should appear automatically in your library after you have purchased them assuming:

* Your Logos system is connected to the Internet
* You are assuming the same username to open Logos as used when you purchased the books
* You have Download options set appropriately (these are available in Program Settings)

Do you believe all of those are the case?

And is this a new problem or have you never been able to download books?
