You can find all the places Jesus used the term Kingdom of God with the following Precise Bible Search: WordsOfChrist:"Kingdom of God"
This produces duplicates (because of the same situation in which he is speaking appearing in more than one Gospel) which you'd have to sort through to get the final count.
The simplest is just searching your Bible for wordsOfChrist:"kingdom of God"
