Microsoft Word not allowing link to Logos resource

Question

I am trying to create hyperlinks to Logos resources in a Microsoft Word document. I have a couple of questions.

First, when I click on the hyperlink in Word 2016, I get this error message:

My computer is my own personal laptop, so there is no "organization". Are there group policies that need to be set in Windows to enable the hyperlinks to a Logos resource?

Secondly, if I convert the Word document to a PDF, I can click on the hyperlinks, but the resource opens in the Web app, rather than the desktop app. I prefer to have it open in the desktop app. I know there has some discussion regarding problems with these Logos ref.ly links, but I as far as I could see the problem was resolved. I tried repairing the Logos app in Windows, but it made no difference.

How can I get these hyperlinks to Logos resources work in Word and PDF, so they open in the Logos desktop app?
