I had purchased 2 commentaries several years ago. I remember having had trouble gaining access to them and ran out of time. The Logos system was being marketed pretty heavily and I balked at the excessive cost for the system I needed at the time. The "free" version offered as a sample didn't work well for me and I was never able to gain access to the commentaries that were only available via Logos. Here I am, years later, having found the original CD's with the commentaries I would still like to have. BUT, faced with the same frustrating experience I ran into before. The Logos system will not allow me to access what I purchased. I have attempted to use the chat feature to get instruction that ultimately proved futile. Help features in Logos are frustrating and run me around in endless circles. I am beyond frustrated and decided to simply discard the commentaries and completely remove the useless, time wasting system that Logos has proven to be for me. It's clear to me that many find it useful and probably use it successfully. I'll not be one that wastes any more time attempting to join those ranks.
