Hi all, I am using Logos 50 Legacy version, and any video I try to watch has no video - only audio!
Please can we have this fixed ASAP? I have restarted, etc. but nothing works. Perhaps an issue with version 50 or with the Legacy version?
It has nothing to do with your Legacy Library as the software v50 (and earlier) will support videos
If you have Hardware Acceleration = YES in Program Settings then videos will work. If not ensure you have the latest update of graphics/video driver software.
