When using search to find a word, etc. then clearing it, the page will not return to 'home' without reopening the layout I had before the search. This is a new problem.
@Elsie Montgomery your App Version can be found on the About page (Main menu > About Logos) under Tech Support Information e.g. 50.0.253 This tells us about the software you are running your Legacy library on.
Were you in a saved layout before opening another saved layout and performing the Search? Did you re-open the previous layout because I'm not sure what you mean by 'using the arrow back to home'?
If you could provide a video it would illustrate the problem more clearly.

Support: 50.0.253 Legacy Edition Logos 10 library. It is on a Macbook Pro, MacOS Tahoe 26.3.1 and updates regularly to add books/changes/etc. Very fast, lots of memory.
Yes, when I am in a saved logos layout, and when i do a search in that layout, and I find what I am looking for, it opens in the Bible section (and may open in a new tab, unpredictable) then when I hit the arrow to go back to the Bible portion that was in the saved layout, it will not return to that layout. I have to re-open the saved layout it to get it there. If it opens a new Bible tab, I close it because I want the search verses to show up in "Copy Bible Verses" (Even if the view setting matches. all in Link Set, it will not show there from that new tab)
This is a recent change. Before, I simply x'd the word search and the back arrow went to my original screen. This was quick and what I wanted, but it will not go back to that layout any longer. Instead, it stays in the search window. I can only go back to my saved layout by re-opening it. Is there a setting I don't know about that makes this happen? Or is it an "update" that made sense to the person who did it but not to me? Thanks for asking.

How exactly do you do the Search (in open search tab or from context menu, etc)? What opens in the Bible section? What arrow?
