Concerning the Learn series issues:
They knew there was a problem, yet they shipped it and let the users discover the problems for themselves. Maybe if they were a little more forth coming in their communications, the users wouldn't have to be speculating.
Mike has said the fixes for the alphabet videos already exist, Bob has said everything will be made right (I believe them). Much of the anger on this forum over this product could have been circumvented by simply letting the users know BEFORE it arrived (IMHO). But maybe not.
