And another free podcast: Biblical Hebrew Vocab Pronunciations; it's keyed to Allen P. Ross's Introducing Biblical Hebrew, which unfortunately is not available in Logos, but....

Animated Hebrew is a whole website of free content related to Allen Ross's Introducing Biblical Hebrew, created by a Hebrew teacher at Briercrest Seminary. It includes reference charts and worksheets, flashcards, an alphabet song, and a whole set of animated lectures covering chapters 1-40 of the book (very nice; I've just watched part of the alphabet one).

iTunes U has some free biblical language courses:

Beginning Hebrew: Ruth is a free video course from Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminary, based on the book Basics of Biblical Hebrew by Gary Pratico and Miles Van Pelt (also unfortunately not available in Logos format).

Elements of Greek I and Elements of Greek II are from Dallas Seminary, based on William Mounce's Basics of Biblical Greek (again not in Logos format).

(If the above course links don't work, download iTunes, go to the iTunes store and search for Hebrew or Greek, respectively, then click on the "See All" link next to the iTunes U section of the search results. You'll find some other stuff in there too, but these ones looked like the most promising.)
