Any chance to have Notes & Clippings in A24?
I know although we have rough beginnings clippings and notes, it would be great to be able add and edit them by A24.

I am wishing for it with you guys. They are going a great job on the Logos 4 mac. I suspect the notes and clippings are quite complex.

Without commenting on when we'll release any particular functionality, let me re-iterate the reason for *any* delay in that feature: data integrity.
While I realize that many (perhaps most?) are looking to start using the notes feature having never done so before, there is a large group of Mac users that have existing notes data from their use of Logos 4 Windows. We cannot responsibly release notes until we have a high level of confidence in our ability to preserve data integrity while consuming and editing those existing notes.
That doesn't mean there won't be any bugs when we do release it, but it means they should be rare and they should affect the less common cases. But that means that we're doing a fair bit of testing and tweaking to keep issue to a minimum in both count and severity.
Joe - could you briefly explain the difference between Clippings and Notes???

Please take your time! Honestly, I cannot use Logos 4 Mac until Notes and Clippings are implemented. They are probably my most used feature in Logos. So, to release them prematurely and possibly destroy what I've put together would not be worth getting it sooner rather than later. I'm glad you gave the reason, just for my own curiosity. I've been wondering why that feature is taking so long, since it's the one I'm waiting for. Every release, the only thing I look for in the release notes is note/clipping functionality. Thanks for your hard work, and please enjoy a sabbath time over the long weekend!
