That would be the other visual filters - not the ones found in the File menu?
And because you shouldn't change the subject of a thread I will resist asking if anyone else has these horizontal lines across the scroll bar? They seem like a new addition to A23!

Mike - I have the black lines too. If you hover over them, a preview of the passage is displayed but this doesn't help me understand what the lines represent. To add to this, there are orange lines which appear following a search, which show where the search results are.

I assume the black lines are the "Auto and Favorite Bookmarks" - see http://community.logos.com/forums/t/18000.aspx for an explanation - and that this capability is now in the Mac Alpha SW.
I don't run the Mac software so can't validate this however.
