down loading software for logos 4

I recently purchased software for logos 4 and was unable to down load the product. My operating system and hard disk space is more than adequate to accomodate the product. I have the order number and reciept from Logos. The down load instructions were followed but no down load. Any advice please

In the command line try typing "update resources" without the quotes.

In general, wait overnight and restart L4. If there is no download get onto Customer Services.

I can usually download after 1/2 hour or so. Logos, it would be helpful if you warned us of the possibility of delay when acknowledging the order and giving download instructions. [H]
