Good Morning Logos Family,
I am having trouble setting up a split screen on my ipad, can someone explain the steps required to accomplish this task.
Thank you,

The iPad app does not support two different books in split screen, but it does support columns. Rotate the device to landscape.

I was going to get an iPad but it sounds like it is more useful for reading than for multi-book study. I was hoping I could open a bible and a commentary at the same time and expand either one to full screen as needed. Can I change bibles on the fly for comparison or do I have to close one before opening another? If I do a search and then open a resource, can I get back to the search results to choose another resource or do I have to do a new search? Do I have to re-open my bible and find my place in the text or does it bookmark?
Do I understand correctly that I must be online to do a search? If all my resources are on my iPad it seems to me that I should be able to search without being online - no?
Has anyone heard if any of these issues will be addressed in the next iPad release (rumored to be in December)? Are these hardware issues or might we hope for a software update that will be available for the current iPad?
I know it is new and I can't have it all now but just need to decide if I buy now or wait for next version...or the next!

The issues are software not hardware. Bob has stated that there is a fairly substantial rewrite of the iPad app going on and that Logos is committed to the platform. There is no specific roadmap at this point and no timeline for releases. It has been stated that an update is going to be coming in the next few weeks but what it contains is not known. We wait.
