I can't get off A23

This is what I've been dealing with since yesterday.  I sometimes don't open up L4 for a couple days because I can't really control the big downloads, so this is why I waited until yesterday to do an update.  I had a paper due tonight, started working on it last night (just four pages) and I am able to work in L4, but the searching and displaying of results is in need of some serious help.
