Installed the Greek and Hebrew keyboard as suggested by George. I has Logos open at the time. Shut down the software, started it again, and got a message saying that "Logos is preparing your library, this may take very long". In the taskbar it said stage 1 or 3.
After the first stage, the blue logo disappeared from the taskbar, and the software opened.
