Cannot open OpenText Clausal in a Reading pane

Any ideas on this, or maybe its just my system that won't allow it. I cannot get the OpenText Clausal resource to open in a Reading View so that I can better see the info available.
Does it work for you, or do you get the same results?

Thanks Rob, here is a pic of my Layout. I should have given more detail about my Layout.
When I highlight the OpenText resource and hit F11 The Bible Knowledge opens up in Reading view. BKC shares the same pane with OT. I closed BKC and activated OT hit F11 and now the ESV opens up in Reading view. Go figure!!
