Failed Indexer: Repeat failures

I recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate. I ran the installer and the indexer has not completed successfully once:
Installed
Uninstalled deleted all files from the install directory and Reinstalled (still fails)
Opened +hold CRTL empty (still fails)
INDEX NOW command (still fails)
UPDATE NOW command (still fails)
Manually delete all files in the index folder (still fails)
I am a full time Technical support professional, I have read all the post I can find and nothing is working. I am unable to decipher the logs with any confidence. Is there a post or doc explaining what I should be looking for.
Logs are attached.

It's not clear what index (BibleIndex or LibraryIndex) caused the earlier crash and the later Indexer log is incomplete. If you have the complete Indexer log showing a crash it would be helpful.
We have a number of users experiencing a similar error at the end of indexing but no suggestions from Logos.

Every time I open the application it starts indexing, and eventually I get the Indexer has stopped working message in Windows. Here is the las batch of logs from this morning. Sometimes it runs a long time and the time counter grows, once it said 30 hours. LOL
I have a laptop with the application running fin now crashes or indexing errors. It running Windows Vista Home Edition.
My Desktop is a Shuttle with a Intel Core 2 Quad Core 2.8, 4 GB RAM etc.
Can you move a working Vista install to Windows 7? Might research this.

Still haven't got in a Indexer log with the crash! When the crash occurs close L4 and immediately upload the Indexer log because it is overwritten when you next start L4.

Well I called Logos and they were very helpful in analyzing the logs which were posted here and another one which occurred after. They deleted all of my index files again and while I did have one additional failure, the second restart completed the task, and all appears to be good. They were on the phone quite awhile with me.
I appreciate all the help here! Many Blessings!
