Need help with libronix software...

Hi every1... Hope you all are having a good day.

I have 2 things I need to take care of please...

1. I opened libronix yesterday but only one side is uploading, the activity control center (if I may call it like thatr)... However the right side, the windows that shows the Bible is dissapeared... How can I fix this?

2. I looked for the good news cd-- level2 in my house all over the place and could not find it! Sad is it possible to download the info in those cd's from somewhere? and, if not, can you resend the cd's please? (I've already paid for them of course, so I am not expecting a miracle...unless the Lord wills so...)

I'm afraid I don't know what you mean by "one side is uploading" Can you possibly post a screenshot? That would help us to figure out what's going on.

The best I can tell you is that the Logos 3 files might be located on the FTP server (ftp.logos.com) otherwise, you might call Logos customer service and see if they still have cd's.

Nothing is missing. When you close and reopen Libronix it defaults to opening only with the Home Page (the normal left hand panel). You can change this by going to Tools>Options>General and select on the General tab. You have five options. Most likely the second one is selected meaning you will always open to a a layout with the Home Page on the left and nothing on the right. Perhaps you'd rather select the fourth one (marked below). This will open Libronix to the last layout you had. Handy for picking up where you left off.

To get your Bible back you can do a number of things.

1. You can open the Library by typing CRTL-L (Control key held down while typing the letter L), or by clicking on the My Library button on your tool bar. Now locate the Bible you want to open (select 'Arrange by Title' first) and click on it once.

2. Type the passage you want to jump to in the Go bar (if you have that at the top of your program), and Libronix will open your preferred Bible to the correct passage.

3. Type the passage you want to study in the window under 'Study Passage' and hit enter.

One of these methods should open a Bible in the right hand pane. Let us know if it fails to do so.

I AM THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED AT LIBRONIX!!!

THEY SENT ME ALL THE CD'S AS I PURCHASED THEM ALL AT ONCE. NOW I CANT EVEN USE THE SOFTWARE FOR LIBRONIX WANTS MY CUSTOMER ID, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND ALL KINDS OF INFORMATION! YES i AM BEING SARCASTIC!!!!!!![:@]

I apreciate you are frustrated, lets try and sort this..

Level2 was replaces with "System X", and that in turn was replaces with "Libronix "
Might you on your old machine you have upgraded the engine to Libronix (3.0g) is the latest, if you did, did you make a back up of your licences?

If you're having troubles with customer id or licenses you need to call Logos customer support on Monday (when they are in the office). The phone number is on the Logos home page. They will look up your info, help you with any issues, and get you straightened away.

The options won't allow me to "open to home page" (the button is there but unable to be clicked). And the software never asked me for the serial code on the back of the DVD sachet.

Is there a link between the two?

P.S. I cannot access the resources provided on the DVD, where have I gone wrong?

In looking at your account, I do not see that you have anything yet registered to your account. If you send me a copy of your Serial Number to my email address listed below, I will be able to activate the Serial Number to your account and reply to your email with the steps for how to get the Serial Number on your computer and copy the books as well.
