BUG: 4.1b1: Note highlight (coloured square) not appearing for multi-verse passages

This may also have affected 4.0d I can't remember.

Note icons (coloured squares) are not appearing when the note is added to a selection includes text from more than one verse. Steps are

Select a passage that covers 2 or more verses (all or part of) e.g. I discovered this with Ex 5:22-23
Right click and select (a) Reference (at the top) (b) Add Note to <notefile>
No note icon appears.

Adjust the selection to include text from only one verse, add a note, and the note icon does appear as expected.

This is 100% reproducible.

I have added a second note icon to show that it works on a non-highlighted passage, so other settings are OK.

This may be totally unrelated but when I had a similar problem, one note was added by reference, the other by selection - to a different translation unfortunately.

This is true when "Reference" is selected from the right-click menu. But with the same text selected, a note attached to"Selection" behaves as expected (the little square appears).
