B2 crashes when selecting Print/Export from any open panel. Log file attached is from Vista Home SP2 trying to print a clipping. It also happens with XP SP3. 8422.Logos4Crash.txt
Hi Warren
From a quick look at the log it looks as though Logos is not correctly handling some of the information regarding printer capabilities returned from the printer driver.
I expect the developers will need to know what printer you are using.

(PS. I don't see the same problem on my system)
Thanks Graham,
I have an HP PSC950. If I create a Handout and select print, it prints OK. It only crashes when selecting the Print/Export from a Panel.
I've reported this crash to development. Thanks.
Update: Developers think they have a fix in Beta 3 that will prevent this crash. Please let us know whether or not that is the case when Beta 3 comes out.
Hi Melissa,
Print/Export panel comes up blank and then L4 crashes. Attaching log file. Thanks for all the hard work being put into this.

I'm sorry you're still having trouble with print/export. I've submitted your new log to development.
Warren,
We think these crashes are due to a driver issue. You might try checking for an updated driver from HP. In any case, a developer was able to simulate the issue and thinks the next beta will fix the crashing, however, due to the driver problem, you might not be able to select page size and orientation. except through the printer properties.
With Beta 4, the panel will open, but in place of the options to choose page size and orientation there will be an error message. Once it is released, the developer would like to know if you can access the Properties window and/or print.
Melissa,
If I set my original windows default printer to "XPS Document", I'm able to bring up and use the Beta 3 Print/Export without the crash. From within the Print/Export panel I can then set my default printer back to hppsc950 and print without an error message, however this setting is lost once L4 is restarted. I also have excess to all the other panel dialogue (properties, page size, orientation, etc). I will see what happens with Beta 4.
This is certainly a workaround and I'm looking at replacing this printer anyway.
Thanks
