A27 update errors out

when I start my Mac, the Logos installer pops up that it needs to install new updates for Logos 4, but it only errors out. I've been trying ever since it came available and I'm still on A26 because the update install just errors out. Anyone know how to get it to finish updating?

Welcome to the forum.
Have you tried updating from this thread? http://community.logos.com/forums/t/19685.aspx
Don't open Logos.
Instead click on the link in the first line of Cameron's post in the thread above.
It's what I always do rather than update from within the app.
It always works for me.
Hope it works for you.
Every blessing

I appreciate the reply! I used the link you suggested and it automatically downloaded something from logos. However, it doesn't identify as an update. It acts as if it is the Logos 4 software and wants to install if I double click on it. Is this the latest update? or is it going to install the whole program again?

For the record, the "update" and the "full install" are the same package. If you already have the resources installed locally, it will just update the program. If you don't have any resources yet, it will download them over the interne.
