There are quite a number of times while using L4 that I expect to see feedback (ie hourglass/wheel). For example, when clicking on a resource in the toolbar. When you click, no hourglass/wheel, L4 just hums along until you notice that the resource pops up in a pane. Normally, I would expect the hourglass until the window populates. I can't tell you the number of times while working/tutoring users that I see clicks more clicks and then 10 billion windows.. Its just against the norms..
