Word study problem

When I press and hold on a word to do a word study, it comes up with the wrong word. For example I pressed on "faith" and the word came up as "Christos". Each word I try comes up with an incorrect word.
I have tried restarting my iPhone and I still have the same problem.
Any suggestions?

The downloaded book is most likely put of sync with the server version. Remove the book (flip the offline switch to off) and download it again.
