BUG: Text box in Opentext Syntax Search does not support "g:" or "h:" data input

As per the discussion in http://community.logos.com/forums/t/20571.aspx when using the text box in an Opentext syntax search it is not possible to use the "g:" or "h:" methods for data input.

They can be used for entering a lemma form of the word.

This is on 4.1 B3 but I have seen this on earlier versions as well.

Edit: On my system I found that I wouldn't get matches typing the full transliterated word with either Cascadia, OpenText, or Andersen-Forbes.

It works fine for me in Andersen-Forbes.

I don't have Cascadia but the impression I got with what Kevin said in http://community.logos.com/forums/t/20571.aspx is that it works for him in Cascadia. Looking back at what he actually said that could be a misunderstanding on my part!

Yup - in all the Syntax methods I can enter a transliterated word and get meaningful suggestions.

I was a little vague, but yes, you understood me correctly. It did work for me in Cascadia.

I'm glad this is fixed!
