Need procedure to remove Libronix 3 and replace it with the beta version
Hi
I am slowly running out of hard drive space with Libronix beta4 on my first partition
and Libronix 3 on my second partition
I would like to install the beta4 on my second partition and remove Libronix 3
Is this possible,
Is there a procedure for doing this without losing all my resources
At some stage this will have to be done anyway,

With Beta 4 you can install to a drive of your choice, but see http://community.logos.com/forums/t/2016.aspx
You can uninstall v3 without losing resources - run purgeLDLS.bat and manually delete some folders- but you will have to use the "scan resource:\path" command in L4 if some were held back because of possible Indexer problems, or you decide to re-install L4.

hi
I've uninstalled Libronix 3
and beta 3, reinstall the latest beta version 4 on to second partition drive
everything went smoothly just finishing indexing,
I have all the resources in a folder from Libronix 3, and new folder with resources
for beta version 4
what is the best way to remove Duplicate resources as I have a folder from Libronix 3 resources

Keep your v3 resource folder until you are certain that v4 has captured all of them. And then be sure NOT to uninstall L4 as it will delete all your resources! I would keep a backup of v3 resources on a USB drive or DVD, whatever. DO NOT ASSUME ANYTHING.
