Once Again: All Resources Disappear From IPad
I know this has been previously discussed. But I wonder if anyone knows when the disappearing resources issue might be fixed?! Just this morning I found myself waiting for over an hour in a doctors office and was going to read one of my Logos resources. But, nope. All of my resources were gone. ALL. To say this is frustrating is an understatement. The unreliability of this app makes it nearly useless when you have no internet connection. I eagerly look forward to the day when this gets fixed! I love Logos and in no way am trying to slam them. But disappearing resources is nearly a deal breaker for me.

Unfortunately, we have yet to encounter this error in house or get any information that would be helpful in debugging it. The good news is that we will be changing the way we handle offline resources and I expect that this problem will go away when that happens.

It is such an odd thing. It happens to me more often than not. (NO exaggeration!) I am glad to hear, that for whatever reason, it might just go away. BTW, I love Logos and am not intending to be a whiner! Thanks for your reply.

I just updated to the new iPod operating system (4.0 I believe) and lost all my offline resources. When online, they all show up as being available for offline viewing, but none are there. I need to go through all of them once to remove them from offline viewing then go through again to download.
I knew some things may be lost when I updated, so it's not a complete surprise, but it is strange that when online they show up as being available in offline mode, when they are not.
