BUG: Crash after searching "Esther 1:10-22" on front page

Description
On front page (sorry I don't know how to call this offically), enter Esther 1:10-22 in passage search box and click Go icon. It starts to load PG, EG and some bibles verison. Then it crashs. I tried so many times. It is the same.

Seems I can isolate the issue that once it tries to access a Chinese Bible (CUV) "The Holy Bible. Chinese Union Version. Shangti Edition, Traditional Script. Hong Kong: Hong Kong Bible Society, 2005." Then it crash.

If I set default bible is NAU, then it works fine. But once I clicked on CUV tab. It crashs again. It still works fine for last few months, I have no such problem. Should I do reindex (but how)?

Start Diagnostic Logging and upload some logs - describe what you did to produce the crash.

Don't re-index.

I activated logging function, but it only generates one log file "Logos4.txt".

I did some further tests, it is strange.

Below procedure produces repeatable crash.
1. Open Logos 4 with blank layout
2. Enter "Open NAS" in command line, NASB Bible opens at Esther 1:10
3. Jump to Mark 4:1 - OK
4. Jump back to Esther 1:10 - OK
5. Jump to Ruth 4:1 - Crash.

Here is the log just after the above test procedure.

Then I did further tests on other bibles by repeating above procedure. This crash does NOT happen with NRSV, NIV, NET bible, but only with NASB and also CUV Chinese bible. After further tests, log is here.

Unfortunately the log has no crash information and I cannot reproduce.

Try again but wait a minute or so after the crash before closing L4 and then upload the logs, including the Crash log, before you restart L4.

I tried to run the java script and double checked the registry key, make sure the logging function is activated, but i still can't find the Logos4Crash file there. Is there any windows crash log i can grab?

I think you would be best getting help from Technical Support as they can logon to your computer if necessary.
