Introducing New Testament Discourse Grammar: Video Series - NOW ON PREPUB!

It's great that these videos have been offered on PrePub - and at a very good price. I couldn't afford the time or the money to make it over from Scotland to attend the lecture series in June. Now I can have the videos and replay them to my heart's content, pausing when I perhaps don't grasp first time what is being said.

Come on, folks, if you have LDGNT or Discourse Grammar then this resource is well worth signing up for.

And if you have been holding back wondering what discourse analysis can do for your exegesis, then this is a good place to begin.

I totally agree with Alan's comments. As someone in Australia, I couldn't make Steve's lectures either. As a layperson I have found Steve's work a blessing to my personal bible study. Its opens up your eyes to things in the text you might otherwise miss because either it was too obvious or you just didn't know that its a technique writers use to get their point across. You learn to ask better questions of the text. Excellent news. Many of us have been waiting in "any day now" mode for a while. Steve Runge is an excellent teacher. I didn't get to attend his live seminar either, but I've seen all the sample videos and am duly impressed.

Yes, in fact the grammar/Bundle is recommended to go with the video.

The videos are based on the workshop Steve Runge did in June, which in turn is based on his grammar. The lectures essentially follow the table of contents of the grammar providing more examples and explanations.

They work together very nicely.

I ordered this. Looking at the samples, however, I prefer the sample videos that seem to be recorded apart from a workshop setting. They seemed more focused. I'm sure it will be a great resource regardless. I learned some good stuff just from the samples.
