Hebrew 05 Noun Functions: Y is a quality of X

In this Hebrew Video at 46:43 the instructor is going through Genesis 6:2 and proposing that "humanness" is a quality of "daughters" and Godliness is a quality of "Sons". Is the instructor proposing that these creatures are the same nature or essence as God? or am I missing something?

I don't have the video's and can't check. But do a passage guide on Gen 6.2 and notice the varying schools of thought regarding this passage (re: nephilim) There are a few primary schools of thought you'll see in your reading and are being equipped to evaluate:

Sons of God = human males, Daughters of men= human females.
Sons of God = Angels (fallen or falling) , Daughters of men= human females.
Sons of God = descendants of Seth, Daughters of men=descendants of Cain
Sons of God = God fearing human males, Daughters of men= "pagan" human females.

I cannot go further than this summation but there are even a few other disparate views.

Without seeing the video it could be that the instructor is leaning on #2 as his interpretive base.

I do know of these views, but even in #2 do we believe that angels have God's nature or essence? I thought only God had God's nature?

Again, I feel I'm hampered by not having the resource...

I have to be careful, as the Forum Guidelines
restrict us to Logos topics only and not to theological discussion (this is hard because it's a favorite study area of mine). I can suggest however that you do a search on Job for the phrase, "Sons of God" and note that it appears to indicate angels. From there, I would suggest reading a few systematic theologies which cover Angelology.
