I cannot seem to get the download to work.

The link you provided is not for a download, it's for a 10 pack of cards.
If you scroll down about halfway on the page you will see 2 chart screen shots that you can click on that are supposed to download the charts.
I was able to download the pdfs. If you want I could email you the file...
