It is a Bible dictionary that covers themes from the book of Acts to Revelation. A Dictionary of Christ and the Gospels (2 Vols.) covers themes from the Gospel. It is not a dictionary dealing with various denomination or a dictionary that simply focuses on the Apostles( although there would be entries on them as they feature in the book of Acts). These are theological dictionaries along the lines of The Essential IVP Reference Collection http://www.logos.com/products/details/1516 You can now see where IVP got their ideas from, of course Hastings.
