Where's the appendix?

I have the print AND the "old" Zondervan software as well as the recent Logos resource, "New International Dictionary of New Testament Theology by Colin Brown" In the Logos version the very important "Appendix: Prepositions and Theology in the Greek New Testament" by Murray Harris is missing while the other two have this resource. How come? Surely this important work SHOULD be included. Can anything be done about this?

Turn on the Table of Contents pane in L3 to see the entry in the resource's Table of Contents. The Table of Contents in the text itself may not list everything in the book.
