Does L4 will work with a notebook??
It will work with many Notebooks - the more memory, CPU cores, and HD space, the better. I also use it on an Atom based netbook with 2 GB ram and a 260 (?) GB HD. A bit slower, but still very functional.

I use L4 on an Asus 1001p with 2Gb RAM and a 5400RPM hard-drive. Works fine. I don't run any complex searches or detailed reports on it, but it works fine. I prefer it on my 27" iMac screen than the 10" netbook screen though

I don't think Logos will run on Windows CE. Even if that computer could run a full Windows version I doubt that it has enough horses, RAM or storage for a Logos base package.
