I know this is a stupid question, but how do I access Biblicia? Do I need to have an open window with Biblicia in it or can I access it from my Logos application?

just open up a web browser and type biblia.com in the address bar. Take note of the different spelling then what you used in your post.

biblia is a web based interface to your logos resources that publishers have allowed to be acccessed in this way. You access it by opening: http://biblia.com/in your web browser.
There is an sign in button on the top right hand for you to access your library.
Biblia is not used in the Logos Application
