transferring logos stuff to new computer?
I got a new laptop and would like to install logos on it and also transfer all my custom stuff (visual filters, collections, etc).
I'm in the process of downloading the program and library now, but don't know how to transfer my custom settings in Logos4
My old computer is a PC, and my new one is a mac. Could someone direct me to how to go about doing this? Thanks!

Download and install Logos 4 Mac => http://www.logos.com/logos4mac
Sign in to Logos using same account as PC
Logos 4 should download resources, then index, followed by checking library cataloging (should have sync'd).
Optionally, can avoid resource download time using wiki steps => http://wiki.logos.com/Quick_Installation_onto_Multiple_Macs

Named layouts should sync fine. If find missing a layout on Mac, can go back to PC and name layout (click pencil), sync now, switch to Mac, sync now, and named layout should be in Layouts menu.
Collections and visual filters should sync automatically.

So I'm seeing the visual morph filters, but they are not appearing in my Bibles (AFAT for example).
On my PC when I click on the visual filters icon (3 overlapping circles) I see the visual filter listed, but on my mac when I click there I don't see it (I do see them if I go to the file menu so they are there, just not being applied).
Also I see that my NET and ESV Bibles are missing[:^)] What's up with that?
EDIT: I see that it is still indexing, so I bet that will fix a lot of these problems once it's done with that. So I'll just sit tight til then...

Logos wiki has Getting Started with Logos => Installation + Indexing since one option is downloading Logos 4 program, then have Logos 4 download your licensed resources, followed by indexing.
If wish to avoid resource (re)download, wiki has => Quick Installation onto multiple computers with steps for Logos 4 Windows (note: method 1 and 2 need the same path to Logos 4 resource files, which includes the username).
Wiki also has => Quick Installation onto Multiple Macs for Mac OS X. Logos resource files are the same for Windows and Mac OS X.
By the way, could have written a new post in the Logos 4 Windows forum (since using Windows) instead of replying to an old thread (previous reply was on 3 Sep 2010) in the Logos 4 Mac forum, which tends to focus on Logos 4 on Mac OS X.
