Little Bug: scroll bar cannot be dragged

In the "commentaries" section of the guides, if I expand the commentaries ("more") it shows up to 15 options, but beyond 15 it shows a scroll bar for accessing the rest of them. There appears to be a bug because this scroll bar cannot be dragged up and down. The up/down arrows work, but if you try to click and drag it tries to move the entire commentaries section.

    This has been reported and has worked correctly in previous betas. I think the are expecting it to be fixed in beta 5. For now if you use your mouse wheel it will scroll through the list and the whole pg at the same time. You can also use the up and down arrows on the scroll bar to navigate it.

    This has been reported and has worked correctly in previous betas. I think the are expecting it to be fixed in beta 5.
