Can you give us the ability to change a book right in the tab itself, instead of going to the library, adding to the tab, moving the tab, etc.
This will make the workspace more userfriendly.

How about something like the v3 Target window? It's a little more selective than "Re-use this tab whenever a new resource is opened".
I am thinking more along the lines about directly accessing the library browser from the tab.

NO. It was an imaginary solution to the original Q!
If it works and you can switch the resource by the arrow, than yes. But it doesn't work in all situations and we definitely need also other way to do it (like in Logos3)
How do you see that in working ? An entry box or an icon that we click on to open up a drop down like available from the fixed libary tab or something else ?
both are those are great suggestions. I'll let the developers refine the idea...
