The only way I know to accomplish this is rather tedious if you have very many to delete. In the "My Library" window right click on the target resource(s) and select "About this resource" from the contextual menu. Near the bottom of the information window is the location information that will look something like this
/Library/Application Support/Libronix DLS/Resources/lu1912.lbxlls
The part after the last slash is the resource name. Make a note(s) of this information. In Libronix Preferences under Resource Paths click on "Refresh Resources" and Quit Libronix. Go to the Resources folder and delete the target file(s). When you restart Libronix, the resources will be gone. As an alternative to deleteing the resources, you could simply move them to another folder.

In Libronix go to tools>library management>location manager. Copy all unlocked files from local drive to the new directory. make sure your discovery path's point to the new directory (only). Close Libronix, delete the old resource directory (and all of it's locked resources) restart Libronix. There are more steps perhaps, but it is decidedly less tedious.

Unfortunately, that will not work for Logos Mac. We do not have Location Manager.
I'm sorry to hear that Jack. It seems your method is the only way.
Can you run a bibliography on All locked resources with the titles and locations type? That would help automate some of it.
Depending on what method you got your resources I would just delete everything in Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Libronix DLS/Resources and then go through resource installer with the disc and copy the resources again. Make sure to not deselect anything (including the "show unlocked resources only" option).
If you got your resources via a myriad of avenues then you may want to go with the previously mentioned ideas from other users. I have found this to be the fastest way of doing it if one knows where your resources came from and can easily get them all back to the resources folder.
Perhaps, Logos could write a handy small tool to manage resources from outside of Logos 3 and next versions?
That could be more useful then right-clicking each unnecessary resource from My Library.
AFAIK, the indexes are encrypted, otherwise someone could also write a third-party tool.
I really don't even see the purpose of installing locked files and don't know why the installers would allow it. But I hear fairly regularly about other users who have done the same thing and have hundreds, if not thousands of unwanted files on their computers with no simple way to remove them.
The reason for installing locked files is that even though they are not readable, they are searchable. Imagine searching an obscure term and having it show up in locked resources. I've done that and have been motivated to buy the locked resources just so I could read them.
Though I agree removing them should be easier for you.

That makes the whole installation valuable. I can see how more sales result from this capability.
I saw little value keeping locked resources when my new unlocked titles have taken up so much space this year. [:D]
