I intalled the update this morning when L4 opened. I the About Logos Bible Software box, it still lists the version as 4.1 Beta 12 (4.10.4.4894). I also ran Update Now and no new updates were available. Do I have B13 or B12?

You must still have B12, mine was updated and it says B13.

sometimes it downloads but doesnt install till you resart Logos, have you tried this?
Yes. I restarted L4. Same message.
Close Logos and make sure that the Logos4.exe isn't running under Processes in Task Manager, then click this link to install Beta 13: http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/InstallerBeta/Logos4Setup.exe.

I rebooted my machine to see if this would work. Upon restarting the computer, L4 asked if I wanted to install L4. This did the job.
