BUG: Beta 11 did not auto-update; Display bug in Text Comparison still exists

#1. For the first time since I've been using all the alphas and previous betas, the app did not auto-update. I saw the post in the Mac forum about Beta 11 release notes and immediately fired up my Beta 10. Previously, the small Logos icon would appear, and it would begin downloading the update. This time it did nothing, so I typed "Update Now" in the Command Bar, and it said there were no updates available. I had to download the latest update fromhttp://www.logos.com/logos4mac. Once it was installed, everything was OK.

After doing some looking around, I found that others are also having this problem, discussed in this thread: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/22681.aspx.

I think the ability of the program to auto update lags behind the link on the forum by some time.

This allows the keen Beta Tester (member of this forum) to cope with any disasters that may just happen before the General Public are let loose on it.

Geting involved with this testing programme does not mean that you are a number but it does mean you are a guinea pig.

I did not try to update the program until a number of hours (like 6+) after the new beta was released. Also I was not able to find the update using "Update Now." I had to manually download the disk image and install it. This sound more like bug than a built-in delay.
