BUG - UPdate from 4.0d SR-2 to 4.1 RC 1

I updated my two primary machines (desktop and laptop) to 4.1 RC-1 from 4.0d SR-2, and I noticed that one started a full reindex and one did not. Both were current and matched all resources, I used both today.

I did a Resource compare to see if there was a difference, and the one that did not do a full reindex had older versions of 3 files - ELNT.lbxaud, excerpts.lbsexc, and LOGOS4HELP.logos4.

Found the problem - even though I restarted the program several times, there was the little icon in the systray that had two options, one was to Pause Indexing and one was Restart Logos 4. If I ran the program from there, the three files updated. If I ran Logos 4 from its normal icon, the 3 files did not update. They must have been hidden somewhere that only the one program on the systray knew about?

I would expect the current installed version to run from the normal icon and there would therefore be no download. The system tray (notification area) icon is the only one that can update L4 and then require the download!
