Syncing seems to hang in B11 - icon is still spinning after several hours. Has this been observed by others?

Could you post logs? Do you have lots of documents to sync? Tom noticed in another thread sync issues someone was having. http://community.logos.com/forums/t/22783.aspx.

This happens infrequently enough that there isn't yet a neat and tidy way to resolve this state at the moment, but it happens often enough that we probably should. So we'll work on that.

Click the following links: they should open resources in Logos 4. Once those are open, click on the "i" button on the right-side of the panel toolbar to show information about the resource, then change the rating or tags associated with both of the resources. This should solve your endless syncing problem. If it does not, adding some highlighting may do the trick.

David I am having the same problem. Can you help me out? Here are my Logs. Jerry, your logs are missing most of the useful logging information. Have you edited or removed the nlog.config file from your Logging directory?

If you're sync is constantly running, we'll need more than a 30 second log sample.

Jerry, there's actually several things in the logs.
Could you do us a favor and upload your LibraryCatalogSync.db and your PreferencesManager.db so that we can see the state of the sync databases before we fix the issue? This will help us diagnose how the app got into this state.

Your sync databases look fine. Let is sync for about 5 minutes or so and see if it stops. The logs you gave were only about 30 seconds worth of syncing and it has to catch up from 12/17/2009 to the present which could take a few minutes.
