4.1 RC1 Bug: Translation name only appears in "My BWS" after expansion.
I added several bibles to my translation section and collapsed them. I then ran a "My BWS" on a word but the sections don't tell you which bible is which until after you expand them.
And after they are expanded and collapsed once...they don't stick...they go blank again.

Since Passage Guide opens with the name of the Commentary collection or other Collections when the sections are collapsed, I would think it is possible to have the Translation version in BWS visible as well, and will submit that request.
I'm not able to reproduce the problem you're seeing, though, with the versions disappearing after expanding and recollapsing the sections. Mine are collapsed and the versions are still visible. I wonder if anyone else is seeing the same problem.

If I expand/collapse each section, they show....but If after doing that I close the BWS and reopen it...it looks like the picture (with the exception of the first one showing; I did that to illustrate)

Yes, that's the initial behavior, that they aren't visible when the BWS is first opened and ran. I thought you meant they disappeared after expanding and recollapsing them in the same session. Thanks for the clarification.
