Bug: B4: Annotations Addition Focus Problem

when I create a new note it does not get focus, and when I scroll down and click in either edit box the window automatically scrolls to the top making it impossible to see what you are typing into the notes box, although if you are a touch-typer it will still add what you type

yes, pre B4 and newly created ones... same problem

when I make a new file it seems to behave correctly... untill I get to the point of the notes scrolling, then after a couple of new notes the problem starts,

the other thing is when it goes wrong it puts the format box over the taskbar as below ( I am using a netbook 1024x600 res) which may be the issue also

I've had some additional quirky note behavior (b5, not sure if the behavior existed prior).

When typing a note, if the text goes longer than the existing window size, the note window properly overflows with a scroll bar. However, it does not scroll me down, so what I'm typing no longer appears on screen.

Note that this behavior does not seem consistent. Sometimes it will scroll down as expected, but usually it does not.

Another issue, and I did see this in previous versions, often when I paste something into the notes window the cursor will move to the very end of the note so every time I paste I have to reposition the cursor to my desired position.

Oh, and for the record, I still do not like the floating toolbar.
