Cannot Sign in & "There is a problem with this website's security certificate."

I replaced Hard Drive on my computer with Solid State Drive. I reinstalled windows Xp. Downloaded logos 4, but cannot sign in. I can sign in online, or on my different computer by using same username and password. But when it gets to my new operation system i cannot log in. I am so frustrated because i cant contact to Logos since it is weekend, does anyone know what the issue is. My internet is good and i tried to disable firewall but no success. Also, when i sign in online i get warning "There is a problem with this website's security certificate."

What web browser are you using? Firefox? Internet Explorer7? IE8?

Are you running with Administrator privileges?

Thanks Matthew for helping me. I found the problem. I downloaded from Windows Updates optional updates and one of them was to get the latest security certificates. This resolved my issue to sign in and also i don't have anymore security certificate error on my IE 8.

I am happy you found the fix. I didn't help much. I knew it was a browser issue but I removed IE8 a long time back because of problems. I figured I would give them a year to smooth out the bumps.

Slightly related; I once had a security certificate warning problem that was caused by a simple virus that reset my system clock forward a few years and caused all currently valid certificates to appear several years expired. It was a clever little app.
