B5 Bug: Focus Window Changes on Click/Scroll in Floating Window
Description
Clicking in a Floating Bible window (having the focus) scrolls as expected but changes the focus to main window.
Repro
- Open Logos 4
- Open default layout (4 tabbed panels in Link Set A + a floating bible window, unlinked)
- Click anywhere in floating bible window to make it the focus window.
- Move cursor over toward scroll bar; when it changes so I can see it, click to scroll up or down.
Actual Result
Focus immediately changes to L4 Main window. Click back on floating bible window to read desired text; discover then that it DID scroll as expected.
Expected Result
Floacting Bible window scrolls without changing the focus back to the main window.
Comments

Hi Bill,
I'm not able to reproduce this problem. Are you using a laptop touchpad or regular mouse to scroll? Which resources are linked, and which is in the non-linked floating panel?
Thanks,

Hi Melissa,
Weird! What was consistent before today's download (indexing still in progress) is no longer!
To answer your questions, I was using a laptop wireless mouse. . The other panels contained (clockwise around the 4 panels, starting from upper left, tabs also listed left to right; top tab at left):
- NIV, NRSV, NASB95, NET, Message, LHI, & NA27 Int -- all link set A
- ISBE, NBD, NIBD -- no links
- Tom Constable's Expository Notes, BADG, BDB, HAL-- Constable in link set A; no other links
- NTSK - link set A
The non-linked floating panel had a 2nd copy of the NIV. Hotlinks are set up to send links to this panel, so as not to disturb the main layout when looking up references.
Grace & Peace,
Bill
