I would like to know if there is a way to link my Hebrew and English texts so that I can click on a word in the English text and it be highlighted in the Hebrew text.
It is called sympathetic highlighting.
Yes, this can be done with sympathetic highlighting:
Open your English and Hebrew side-by-side
In both resources, click the little three circle dealie and turn on Sympathetic Highlighting:
Once this is selected on both resources you can select any word/section (click and drag over the word) and it will highlight it in the other:
Thanks! I tried to do the same with my (Westcott and Hort) The New Testament in the Original Greek and it is not giving me the option for highlighting in the three circle logo thing. Is it just that resource that won't do it?
Correct, not all resources can do sympathetic highlighting. Not sure if a list somewhere shows what can do which.
