Thank you. But i have already underlined the whole commentary that i read, i guess i should have done what you said prior to this. i wish there was a way that i could extract them after i underlined though.

Graham's suggestions is a very good one.
But there is a way to help you find Underlines (or other highlighting) in a resource. You can use the Locator bar controls. see wiki Highlight Navigation choice in the wiki page Navigating a Resource (controls in the Locator bar).
You can navigate through your resource one highlight at a time, but you'll still have to copy/paste, or create clippings. There's an article on the wiki about navigation, you'll be able to change the drop-down to 'Highlight' if you're in a resource with highlighting.
