Logos 3 search results seen through a 'letterbox'!

When I use the search tab, the results come back in a smaller window which is fine/normal. However the visible bit that I scroll through only displays 3 lines. This is really frustrating. Any ideas please? Andy, (Bible Student, Mattersey Hall).

This is probably due to not having the latest version of Logos 3. Older version are incompatible with modern versions of Internet Explorer. You can download the latest version here: http://www.logos.com/support/downloads/ldls

I have had the same problem since day one. I have loaded every update available. The three line search result window makes using the software very cumbersome.
If someone can post other options to solve this problem, I sure would appreciate it.

I have used Libronix for years and don't believe I have the limitation you are referring to.
Andy, when you refer to the Search tab can you be more specific? What exactly are you referring to? If you could take a screen capture of this it would help me understand what you are doing and the problem. You can attach a picture to a post using the paperclip icon on the message compose panel.

Thanks for trying to help with this. I've attached a screenshot.
I've opened the search results window and an Ephesians window for comparison. As you can see, the Ephesians text fills the full window. The scroll bar on the right is the full height of the box. In the search results window, the search results and scroll bar only appear in a "letter box" that measures about three lines. The bottom 95% of the open window remains blank.
It doesn't matter what type of search I perform, the results are always returned this way. I "spray-painted" a red line beside the scroll bar and "letterbox".

When I first saw this it was when IE7 came out. Updating Libronix to 3.0g solved the problem. So can you confirm that:
- You're running the latest version of Libronix (click here to check: http://www.logos.com/media/update/30gAutoUpdate.lbxupd)
- You haven't installed IE9 beta.

As per Mark's question what version of Libronix are you using and what browser / version?

I think i am using the logos 3 if its any help. Will attempt the update and see how it goes. Thanks
