So I'm looking at Jer. 29:11 in the KJV. Of interest to me is the word 'thoughts'. I would like to see how this word is translated throughout the bible. Can someone help me with the easiest way to do that?

Yes. Everything I described is what you were doing with the Bible Word Study.
You could do a library search of the Lemma in the KJV and use the analysis veiw. It isn't exactly the same, but might get you going til you work out the other bug.

I like to use Mounce's Comlete Expository Dictionary for a quick look as well.
